Linx Compact:


  • Milling centre for high-speed and high-power machining of medium/large sized precision engineering components.

  • Thanks to the innovative two-axis TMX head with high torque spindle, complex electro-welded or cast components of reduced thickness or aluminum alloys can be machined with orientated axis, also reducing machine stress and vibration.

  • The outstanding feature of LinX TMX is its high dynamics allowing the reduction of translating dead times in large axis movements. The machining time of each single work piece is therefore reduced by up to 30-35%.

  • Full and effective production automation is guaranteed by the loading and unloading of the work piece in hidden time with automatic pallet changer, and the storing of a large number of tools in a chain or modular rack type tools

  • LinX Compact is a very high-speed 5-axis milling centre with mobile crossbeam, characterised by linear motors on linear axes allowing speed up to 70 m/min and interpolated acceleration exceeding 1.5 g.

  • Three versions are available: LinX 20, LinX 30 and LinX 35, with different transversal sizes (Y axis), modular X axis starting on 2000 mm with one or more extensions of 2000 mm each.

  • The vertical Z axis is available with strokes of 900 and 1250 mm. LinX Compact allows to sharply cut overall machining times, while ensuring the utmost accuracy and finishing quality for:
