Jomach2 is a mobile gantry family of four machines for 3, 3+2 and 5-axis machining for medium-large size complex geometry components. It provides high-power machining with high rigidity and accuracy levels to meet the requirements of precision general engineering for the machining of large-sized molds and dies and structural components for the aerospace field. The possibility to interchange high-torque/high-power spindles with high-speed motor spindles allows the combination of high production output and flexibility. Thanks to the B.U.S.S. option, it is possible to change mechanic driven heads for high chips removal rate, with high-speed motor-spindles, thus guaranteeing higher accuracy and quality in the finishing process.
Jomach 241:
Jomach 241 is part of the Jobs gantry milling family. Thanks to its moving table architecture, precision is increased, while the occupied space is greatly reduced.
The Jomach 241 is used for machining medium-size molds & dies, components for general engineering, and aerospace components.
Automatic head-change is ensured by the BUSS option which also increases the productivity of the machine and the ability to utilize it to its maximum potential for every type of operation.
Jomach 245:
The Jomach 245 is a large-size dual drive mobile gantry machining centre.
The thermo-symmetrical structure, as well as minimizing the moving mass, ensures high accuracy and a large working area.
Thanks to the BUSS option, it can combine all the advantages of high power and high speed to cover a broad spectrum of work.
