JomaX 265:

JomaX is a line of large high-power milling centres designed to machine components for the precision heavy engineering and energy fields, molds & dies - mainly large size dies and die holders -- and large titanium structural components. Like the other lines, JomaX can be supplied with a large number of optional accessories such as: automatic head-change system (Buss system), tool magazines and pallet change systems which enhance JomaX's flexibility of use.

JomaX 265 is a medium-large size mobile gantry milling centre for 3/3+2/4/5 axis machining. Highly versatile, it offers great potential for customization.

Its main characteristics are:

• high dynamics in terms of acceleration and speed (up to 32 m/min)

• high removal capability (up to 63 kW)

JomaX 261:

Jomax 261, the new-born machine of the JomaX range, joins the already well-known JomaX 265 with the aim of amplifying the range and satisfying further requirements such as:

• High power machining for accurate general engineering, energy and heavy mechanics

• Machining of molds/dies with particular regard to their supports and large-size molds and dies

• Heavy machining of large structural components made of steel, titanium and alloys

JomaX 261, characterized by a fixed gantry and mobile table configuration with a loading capacity up to 50 tons, can be equipped with pallets or double worktable for a wider customization according to the specific applications and requirements of the Customer.

A particular care was taken for the optimization of the occupied surface, thus obtaining a very compact foot-print which does not affect ergonomics and comfortable part load/unload conditions.
