LinX Blitz:

• The smallest in size of the LinX family, Blitz is a milling centre with operational volume from 4 m³, designed for high-speed machining of molds & dies, models, and components for the aeronautical and energy fields.

• Blitz offers axis speed up to 70 m/min. and interpolated accelerations exceeding 1.5 revs.

• Its innovative design allows easier integration of the machine in the customer's production system and a better value-for-money strategy for maximized return on investment.

• Moreover, the miniBuss automatic head-change system enables roughing and finishing processes to be carried out on 3+2/5 axes in automatic cycles, thereby reducing mold & die production time by 40% as compared to conventional high-speed machines.

• Its architecture, derived from the LinX Compact, the first machine of the LinX range, was improved with a series of innovations aimed at facilitating the integration of the machine in the Customer production environment.

• LinX Blitz using linear motors on the main axes was conceived for the machining of medium size components for the following fields: moulds and dies, general engineering, energy and aerospace.
