Sala Turning Machines for Ball Production | TR290

Sala is a builder of high precision, high output turning machines - typically with either vertical and/or inverted spindles.  Sala specializes in two fields - turning mirror finishes on ball valve balls, and high precision turning of taper gas valves.  However, they also build a variety of machines such as the Spin-up that serve various industries such as bearings, gears, valves, automotive, military, appliances, motor windings, etc.  Machines are run as chuckers, with either formed or pre-cut parts for higher RPM and process control.  The Sala Linea is an excellent alternative to CNC multi-spindle machines; providing a lower-cost solution with faster changeover, without sacrificing machine output.
