• High volume coolant flush onto the Z-axis cover helps to reduce the chip built-up inside the machine.

• Overhang moving CRT allows for more space for machine operator and avoids the high freight on transportation.

• Wide range Fanuc- Api spindle motor is installed as standard for additional torque output at low rpm.

• Gearbox is further included on the large models (Vturn-36/40/46) to further enhance cutting capability.

Large spindle bore for big diameter part turning

Based on the full handling and structure rigidity of Vturn machines, this series lathes are capable of handling large diameter bar work without additional expense of oversize machine investment and reduce the floor space requirement.

C-axis VDI milling turret (CV models)

For spindle indexing all Vturn-CV machines are fitted with a separate servo-motor and gear drive which offers improved precision and ample torque for simultaneous indexing and milling

• VDI tooling is used as standard with the C-axis function with up to 6 live tool stations.

• Dual hydraulic braking system fitted directly to the spindle provides low pressure braking to stabilize milling and cylindrical interpolation operations and high pressure braking to rigidly fix the spindle during simple  milling or drilling operations.

• German Sauter VDI-50 turrets are installed on Vturn 36/40/46VV
